Common faults of thrust rods
1. The rubber of the rubber ball pin peels off from the ball pin, the metal ball pin rotates, and the rubber is extruded.

The use of Chemlok hot vulcanization adhesive greatly improves the adhesion between rubber and ball pins.

The surface of the ball pin is scratched by foreign objects, or the rubber ages and cracks naturally.
The rubber core is made of natural rubber, which has better elasticity and fatigue resistance.
3. The thrust rod is bent and deformed or the shaft is broken.
The force-bearing rod is overstressed or fatigue cracks occur, and breaks during use; the ball pin link bolt is loose or the bracket is broken, causing the thrust rod to bend or break; the thrust rod bends or breaks due to the action of foreign objects or external forces.
